We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to be part of our team at Attendant Care Autism Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform detailed assessments to identify individual requirements and potential areas for improvement.
  • Develop and execute behavior intervention strategies based on applied behavior analysis principles (ABA).
  • Supervise and train behavior technicians and team members continuously.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to set and oversee treatment objectives.
  • Analyze data to evaluate progress and make informed decisions.
  • Carry out functional behavior assessments and create behavior support plans as necessary.
  • Keep up to date with the latest research and ABA best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of client development and interventions.
  • Engage in team meetings, case discussions, and professional growth activities.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Must hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Preferably a minimum of 2 years of experience as a BCBA.
  • Thorough understanding of applied behavior analysis principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in conducting functional behavior assessments and devising intervention plans.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and issuesolving abilities.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in data collection and analysis methods.
  • Dedication to ethical practices and professional growth.
