Our product lines include inspection services, mill inspection systems, corrosion control, machining services, hardbanding, artificial lift technologies, line pipe connection systems, MSI pipe protection technologies, asset & inventory management, rig inspection and rope access.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Team member for planning, design, and installation of multiple engineering-based projects. Projects typically consist of new equipment design, new equipment construction, and refurbishment of existing used equipment.
  • Lead the conceptual development, design, and implementation of manufacturing equipment and oversee its organization, scheduling and cost control.
  • Provide hands-on operational field support to all manufacturing facilities including technical based troubleshooting of equipment, modifications of existing equipment, and installation of new equipment.
  • Includes on-site and indirect management of various contractors and technicians to performing work within NOV Tuboscope facilities.
  • Review, comment, and modify consultant or in-house prepared design drawings for compliance with numerous regulatory agencies.
  • Use of AutoCAD, AutoDesk Inventor, and Siemens NX to complete engineering design projects successfully and within budget.
  • Create, review, and modify equipment drawings utilizing Team Center.
  • Develop and maintain successful business relationships with NOV Tuboscope vendors.


Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

  • Minimum 2 Years' Experience in the field of Mechanical Engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited university
  • Must be familiar with and capable of producing and modifying AutoCAD & AutoDesk Inventor Drawings of equipment and facility layouts.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey ideas and thoughts clearly.
  • Able to work independently with the ability to multitask.
  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Advanced Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • EIT or PE License
  • High level of organizational skills.
  • Mechanically inclined mindset with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
