[What you will be working on ]

Technological advances and the rapid digitalisation of the economy are unlocking new possibilities for the future of money and finance.  The Fintech Infrastructure Office (FIO) is responsible for regulatory policies and strategies for developing safe and efficient technology enabled infrastructures for the financial sector.   Officers will have opportunities to participate in strategic initiatives covering areas such as digital assets, central bank digital currency (CBDC) and open finance.

In this position, you will:

  • Monitor and review international and domestic technology trends and developments.

  • Research, create and maintain product documentation for FinTech infrastructure projects.

  • Develop business case, engagement plans for development initiatives.

  • Develop industry report on strategic initiatives.

[What we are looking for]

  • Minimum 3-year experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent.

  • Excellent written communication skills including ability to develop content that explains highly technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

  • Excellent conceptual and analytical skills.

  • Experience in technical writing, developing user guides and documentations.

  • Understanding and interest in evolving solutions and technology trends in the financial sector.

  • Self-motivated, taking ownership and personal accountability to achieve assigned objectives.

  • Team player, able to collaborate, work effectively and constructively in multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Business domain knowledge in banking, payments and capital markets will be an advantage.

  • Related technology product and project management experience in technology startups, leading financial technology firms and technology venture capital companies will be an advantage.
