Role

, you will have: Skills and experience working with consumers with mental illness and their family and carers, including skills in assessment, crisis intervention, counselling, relapse prevention and recovery focussed principles to support the delivery of recovery orientated and trauma informed service demonstrated clinical leadership and set the clinical nursing standards in delivering high quality care Deliver contemporary best care practice for consumers, their families and their carers, helping them to achieve optimal mental health outcomes Provide expert mental health and nursing consultation to the multidisciplinary team Collaborate with the NUM to address priority issues on the rehabilitation unit which are related to vulnerable and high-risk consumers presenting with complex needs.
