Job Summary:
Working under direction of the Supply Planning Manager, the Production Clerk is responsible for administrative work in the office such as printing orders, filing, uploading documents into our document control system, order status moves, misc. items as needed. The ideal candidate for this role will have a high attention to detail, excellent communication skills in both, verbal and written mediums as well as ability to work independently or/and as part of a team.

Schedule: 1st Shift (9:00am - 5:00pm)


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Support Purchasing Department with ordering of production supplies.
  • Support the Quality Department with uploading documents to the document control system, filing, Word Order Status Movement, etc.
  • Support the facilitation of proper training, such as GMP, SOP, Safety, and Operations.
  • General administrative duties such as mail opening and misc. office tasks in terms of email communications, prepping for site visitors.
  • Identifies and reports unsafe conditions and behaviors.
  • Work as a liaison between Operations and the Office team.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Printing Bottling and Manufacturing work orders.
  • Keep track and update notes on Access as needed.
  • Handle any issues regarding parts list issues and/or inventory issues.
  • Maintain dates in JDE to avoid past due WO‘s.
  • Review FG MMR‘s approval.
  • Updating Sales Report with new FG SKU‘s.
  • Facilitate status movement in order of priority with QC.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) - required
  • Adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)
  • Basic to intermediate usage of Excel required
  • JD Edwards experience preferred
