Skills

  • 4 years of public accounting experience
  • CPA certification required
  • Strong tax research skills
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with CCH ProSystems or Axcess is a plus
  • Ability to review and prepare 1040 corporate partnership estate trusts and multistate returns for clients in various sectors including manufacturing construction nonprofit and employee benefit plans

Responsibilities

  • Oversee tax compliance and advisory services for various clients
  • Review and prepare tax returns including 1040 corporate partnership estate trusts and multistate returns
  • Conduct tax research to support compliance and planning
  • Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Mentor and train junior staff in tax processes and procedures

Qualifications

  • CPA certification is mandatory
  • Proven experience in public accounting with a focus on tax
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field
