The Senior Paralegal will provide legal and administrative support to our legal department under the direction and supervision of the Sr. Paralegal, Team Lead and Corporate Counsel. He or she will assist with document preparation,management of legal document flow, filing, mail processing, and other administrative work as assigned. This position requires exceptional detail-orientation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Assist in reviewing and managing requests for the Facility contracts queue, and other supporting Legal queues. Coordinate with other legal team members and appropriate internal stakeholders on contract information and execution expectations to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to execution deadlines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various legal initiatives and projects. Assist with maintaining contract management system, including copying, scanning, filing documents and requests (physical and electronic filing). Assist the legal team with meticulous drafting, editing, and processing of documents, including contract templates and standard forms. Timely intake processing of requests, related mail, and drafting of routine correspondence and documents. Other administrative support, as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of relevant experience or equivalent training, with at least some experience preferably in a senior or supervisory legal/law firm or corporate office support role Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Excellent organizational skills and process driving skills. Proficiency in contract management software and queue management. Excellent written and oral communication while maintaining a high sense of urgency. Meticulous detail orientation and perfectionistic mentality, with ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy.

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $39.66 to $48.08 hourly, which equates to $82,500 to $100,000 annually.

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager's discretion.
