We are looking for a Warehouse Lead on 1st Shift in Ayer, MAThis position is Mon-Fri 6:45am-3:15pm. This position will consist of leading and directing material handling and trailer loading and unloading within the warehouse while working alongside the Warehouse Supervisor. This position will also include:
1. Bringing raw materials to and from the lines, de-palletizing production lines, scanning products away from production lines into locations.
2. Loading and unloading of trailers, pre-staging orders, stock rotation, warehouse moves, and general material handling.
3. The scanning and processing of materials between buildings to ensure timely and accurate turnaround.
4. Serve as backup to the Warehouse Supervisor on a fill-in basis as needed.
5. Safely operate a forklift in a food-grade manufacturing facility.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year in warehousing or logistics preferably with leadership role/experience
  • Must have Forklift and Pallet Jack experience
  • Must speak English fluently
  • Experience with ERP systems and RF Scanners is a plus

Location: Ayer, MA
Schedule: Mon-Fri 6:45am-3:15pm
Pay: $22-25 Hourly

Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
