Duties for a Certified Weld Inspector:

In this role you will ensure that the work produced by welders meets specific customer specifications for quality and safety.

Requirements for a Certified Weld Inspector:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

A Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) Certification is required.

A minimum of three year's experience is required.

ASNT non-destructive examination (NDE) Level 2 certification is desirable.
