Responsibilities:

• You'll be tasked with crafting scripts for long-format shows across genres like fantasy, adventure, and historical drama.
• You will look at broad market trends and content preferences of existing and new users and pick shows accordingly.
• To work with a host of writers of different sensibilities and expertise, familiarizing them with the rules of audio storytelling, empowering them to create impactful content.
• Tracking the performance of the scripts and defining appropriate Call-to-Action’s
• Understanding, proofreading, editing, and rewriting raw content
• Editing large volumes of the script with consistent quality under stringent timelines
• Editing/rewriting script of the desired quality in terms of language, grammar, and the in house guide style within the allocated timelines
• You will research the latest content trends and user emotions and work closely with the content team to bring these shows to life.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields. Preference for a Master’s Degree
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a leader in fictional content creation (television, OTT Entertainment, Radio, Films & other media). An experience as a fiction script head preferred
• Exceptional communicator - ability to inspire and influence, and dexterity in presenting to large/diverse audiences. Native or bilingual proficiency in speaking, reading and writing in English & French
• Should be passionate about data-driven digital content landscape
• Own and manage processes and reporting with cross-functional partners for tracking and

monitoring performance on content creation

• Passion and curiosity towards building great product experiences for everyone
• Self-motivated leader and strong collaborator/ team player - with the ability to maintain calm,

make good decisions, and work with constant ambiguity.
