This is a fulltime position mainly working dinner service in the staff cafeteria. As a Cook II you will have the chance to learn and expand on your culinary skills while creating exceptional meals for the Olympic staff. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of a variety of cafeteriastyle meals.
  • Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistent quality and taste.
  • Handle food ingredients and kitchen equipment with care and precision.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet service and production goals.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Assist with receiving and storing food supplies.

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

  • Able to work in a highpressure environment.
  • Valid Food Handler Certificate required (can be acquired upon hire.)
  • Previous experience in the culinary field preferred.
  • Must hold valid authorization to work in the USA.
  • Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements Include:

  • Constant standing and walking throughout shift
  • Frequent lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs
  • Frequent kneeling pushing pulling lifting
  • Occasional ascending or descending ladders stairs and ramps
