Automotive Billing Clerk

Leader Automotive Group is a wholly owned subsidiary of AutoCanada, a publicly traded company. Leader Automotive is AutoCanada's first footprint into the U.S. market and we currently have 9 dealerships consisting of 15 different franchises and approximately 500 employees. We have a strong presence in the Chicagoland area with 7 dealerships and 2 more located in central Illinois. Responsibilities

• Prepares payoff checks for new vehicles and trade ins
• Bills out all retail deals and prepares Certificates of Origin
• Ensures that all trade-in paperwork is completed properly
• Various reporting requirements including schedule reconciliations.
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as an automotive billing clerk.
• Must have experience with Reynolds and Reynolds
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft office, including experience with Excel
• Ideal candidate must be highly organized
• Must possess excellent communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
