Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and security of Windows servers and systems Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and related services Configure and troubleshoot Hypervisor Nutanix virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) Manage Enterprise Backup like Netbackup and Veem Install, configure, and manage Windows servers and services, including IIS, SQL Server, System Centers, etc. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support enterprise-wide solutions Perform routine system and application updates, patches, and upgrades Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures Provide level 2 and level 3 support for Windows-related issues Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field Minimum 3 years of related experience Strong knowledge in Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), SAML, web Single Sign-on (SSO), DNS, TCP/IP Networking Experienced in Project Management deploying mid-size to enterprise cloud infrastructure projects Good knowledge in virtualization platforms Hyper-V and VMware Good knowledge of Azure platform with Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104) and above Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 with Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS-102) and above Good understanding of IT architecture, cloud infrastructure, platform solutions design & strategy and application & system integration Experience in Team management would be an added advantage Excellent verbal, written, communication and interpersonal skills. Strong interpersonal skills, customer orientation, team interaction/effectiveness, proactive, analytical and decision-making skills
