Summary

The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) Directorate for Mission Integration (MI) creates a consistent and holistic view of intelligence from collection to analysis and serves as the Director of National Intelligence's (DNI) principal advisor on all aspects of intelligence. MI integrates mission capabilities, informs enterprise resource and policy decisions, and ensures the delivery of timely, objective, accurate, and relevant intelligence.

In support of the National Intelligence Manager for Military Integration (NIM-MIL), guide mission management of intelligence related to military equities, focusing on aerial, ground, surface, and subsurface unmanned systems; unidentified anomalous phenomenon (UAP); advanced weapons; hardened and deeply buried targets; intelligence on threats to . Nuclear Command, Control and Communications (NC3); and assisting with Department of Defense (DoD) operational and intelligence integration.

Direct the setting of collection and analysis priorities for national intelligence related to assigned missions.

Drive the development and implementation of the Unified Intelligence Strategy (UIS) and programs to enhance intelligence collection and analysis and improve tradecraft and integration across the IC.

Lead and drive the ODNI core values of Commitment, Courage and Collaboration, and lead through example to ensure the efficient use of personnel and funding resources while maintaining ODNI commitment to diversity and opportunity.

Lead and manage NIM-MIL staff in successfully defining and managing complex programs and projects that may include ill-defined requirements, parallel tasks, multiple dependencies, high risks, and multiple interfaces; ensure timelines, costs, deliverables, and outcomes are achieved according to approved plans.

Perform personnel management responsibilities with a focus on building a high-performance workforce; promote team building and a collaborative work environment; ensure goals and performance objectives are understood; assess performance and provide timely feedback, recognition, and remediation.

Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight of NIM-MIL staff in order to elicit, analyze, and define customer/stakeholder requirements, detailed understanding of DoD activities, support development of investment plans, and ensure development of business cases spanning multiple Intelligence Community elements in order to meet stakeholder requirements.

Oversee and manage the conduct of foreign intelligence relationships and serve as principal interface with external entities.

Manage and oversee NIM-MIL financial and budgetary management for all ODNI and oversees execution of the ODNI budget.

Lead, plan, and prepare briefings, reports, and presentations to organizational leadership, senior policymakers, and senior United States ( Government agencies USG officials in a manner that meets their specified requirements and provide expert analysis and recommendations that ensure IC strategic plans and programs align with strategic objectives.
