  • Lors de vos expriences prcdentes vous avez eu loccasion de travailler dans un contexteinternational et vous parlez couramment anglais.
  • Vous avez de bonnes connaissances ensystmes dinformations RH et en outils lis aux systmes dermunration.
  • Vous vous distinguez parde solides comptences analytiques dinterprtations et de prsentation des donnes.
  • Vous tes une personne organise et rigoureuse.
  • Du fait de vos expriences prcdentes vous avez une comprhension approfondie des lois et rglementations du travail lies la rmunration et aux avantages sociaux.

Les missions de votre aventure

Rattach.e la DRH Groupe vous avez pour missionde dfinir et dployerune politique de rmunrationgarantissant comptitivit externe et quit interne en adquation avec la stratgie et les valeursdu Groupeet permettant dattirer et retenir les meilleurs collaborateurs.

Vos responsabilits se rpartissent en 4 axes principaux :

Systme de classification des postes:
  • valuer chaque poste et construire une classification en fonction decritres spcifiques.
Stratgie de rmunration :
  • Concevoir dvelopper et mettre en uvre des systmes de rmunration.
  • Effectuer des analyses comparatives et des analyses de march pour garantir une rmunration comptitive.
  • Crer un cadre de rmunration cohrent avec les valuations de poste.
  • Mettre en place les campagnes de rvision de salaires.
Gestiondes avantages sociaux :
  • Grer les systmes davantages sociaux pour lescollaborateurs y compris sant prvoyanceavantages lis aubientre en entreprise.
  • Auditer et recommander des amliorations aux systmes davantages sociaux en fonction des tendances du secteur et des besoins des collaborateurs.
  • Collaborer avec des fournisseurs et des courtiers externes pour grer les systmes davantages sociaux en garantissant le respect des contrats et des accords de niveau de service.
Communication avec les collaborateurs :
  • laborer des supports de communication pour informer les collaborateurs sur les systmes de rmunration et davantages sociaux.
  • Organiser des sessions de formation ou de prsentation pour sassurer que les collaborateurs comprennent leurs avantages sociaux et leurs options de rmunration.
  • Servir de point de contact pour les collaborateurs ayant des questions sur la rmunration et les avantages sociaux.
