Our client is looking for a Learning Governance and Strategy Consultant with Workday Learning experience for a 14 month, through December 2025 contract role. The start date is in the next 3 to 4 weeks and the role requires a minimum of 2-3 days onsite per week, Tuesday through Thursday.


Job Details:

Our client is looking for an experienced Learning Governance and Strategy Consultant to help support their migration from a legacy platform to Workday Learning. The Consultant will help the organization build out a new governance model, providing strategy and recommendations as to how to best utilize Workday to meet the companies’ learning needs. This will include providing “tool kits” to learning administrators for how to create content and quick reference guides for business processes. Previous experience helping organizations move to Workday Learning, educating them in best practices and systems limitations as well as project coordination and tracking is required.
