Location:Catoosa Oklahoma

Were looking for an experienced Fintube operator with at least 5 years of experience running a McElroy finning machine to join us

What youll be doing:

  • Set up and operate finning machines to wrap or embed fin strip material on tubes to construct fintubes.
  • Read blueprints planning sheets and technical data to determine tooling requirements and setup procedures.
  • Mount align and secure pans in the machine adjusting settings for speed feed and coolant flow.
  • Operate the machine and monitor for malfunctions adjusting feed and speed to meet specifications.
  • Feed tubes into the machine connect them using tube connectors and continue the finning process.
  • Verify tube dimensions using gauges calipers and rulers for conformance to specifications.
  • Stop the machine to change setup or measure parts for accuracy.
  • Perform routine maintenance and clean the machine tooling and parts.
  • Mount finning strip rolls using an overhead crane.

MustHave Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience operating a McElroy finning machine.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical data.
  • Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Less than high school education or up to onemonth related experience or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
