Job Overview:

Assists in providing nursing care to the patient undergoing an endoscopic procedure.

General Responsibilities:

• Assists in the maintenance of instruments, equipment and supplies.
• Assists in preparation, transportation and supervision of patients
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Surgical certification or 2 years of endoscopy or surgical related experience.
• Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS Certification.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills and customer service skills required.
