The Senior Software Engineer - Fullstack is a key technical person in the shared services team.Granicus shared services team is on a journey of developing platform services which will be used across Granicus product portfolio. This a front-runner team who evaluates latest technologies, embraces and evangelize the solutions across Granicus for adoption. The Senior Software Engineer is a go-to technical resource for anyone in the broader Granicus technology organization. They fully understand the deployment and support of applications in all environments and are an excellent mentor to groups and individuals within and outside of the development team.What your impact will look like here:

  • Evolve as an expert in multi-discipline such as Cloud, Microservices, Platform Engineering and DevOps.
You will love this job if you have:
  • 4 - 8 years of experience developing, testing, shipping, and supporting production-quality PaaS/SaaS solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AWS services, including SES, Pinpoint, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, and DynamoDB, AWS EKS.
  • Full-stack development experience with React, Java, and GoLang.
  • Hands-on engineer who can develop microservices and deploy it on Kubernetes.
  • Strong exposure to Kafka Streams and both NoSQL and SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for learning new things and the ability to do so quickly.
  • Ability to serve as a technical leader of an open, collaborative, and extraordinarily skilled software development team
