Summary:

We are seeking a customer focused and detail-oriented MDM Business Analyst to join our team. As an MDM Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the integrity of our master data, including supplier, customer, and product information. This role is essential for ensuring consistency and accuracy across various data sets through rigorous cleansing, standardization, and validation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of master data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all organizational data sets.
  • Perform regular audits and quality checks to uphold data quality standards, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
  • Implement and manage processes for data cleansing, standardization, and validation to maintain high-quality data.
  • Work closely with business users to gather necessary information and understand requirements for managing master data effectively in both implementation and operational settings.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for master data processes and ensure effective knowledge sharing across teams. Communicate clearly with stakeholders to facilitate process optimization and support data management workflows.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in master data management or a related field.
  • 1-3 years experience with enterprise systems, business operations, data management.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure data accuracy and quality.
  • Familiarity with data management tools and technologies, and proficiency in data cleansing and standardization techniques.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills to support effective knowledge sharing and process improvements.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business users to gather requirements and manage master data.
  • Experience with MDM software and tools.
  • Knowledge of data governance practices and data quality frameworks.
