The Volume Ventures is team poised to grow into the media and content world. We are an innovative, detail-oriented and fast-paced team, responsible for the education of the next generation of talent, as well as growing its own online presence as a media house through dynamic digital strategy, engaging social media content, digital advertising campaigns, and more.


Volume Ventures (1500 Sound Academy, Volume Studios) was formed in 2017. Our studio has produced for the biggest names in the music industry. We are a small but powerful team and are looking for a candidate who wants to grow and learn with us We are a company that prides itself on promoting from within, making Volume a great place to not only start your career, but to grow in your career as well.


Your role:

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who will support the team with various graphic design needs, such as: website development, crafting pitch decks, and graphics for various other productions including video productions, either through direct design efforts and by utilizing online templates. The ideal candidate should possess a great eye for design, color, and composition, with a focus on graphic design, icon design, and illustration skills. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating engaging, fun design work for new applications, and applying existing creative skills in new ways. The position allows for a degree of independence as well as close cooperation and communication with the founders.


Here you’ll get to:

·       Architect and design appealing and functional media platforms, websites, and landing pages.

·       Provide artwork for campaigns and videos, or other similar projects.

·       Create pitch decks as needed across different industries. These projects allow for overlap with experts in real estate, infrastructure development, finance, and more.

·       Create designs from concept to production-ready assets in accordance with the artistic direction, production deadlines, and technical specifications. These include, but are not limited to, banner designs, icon creation, social media posts and thumbnails, style frames for motion design, 

·       Work at the intersection of creative, marketing, and technology. 

·       Create assets to promote and amplify the release of a single/video/album. 

·       Support a wide range of graphic design needs for presentations and proposals

·       Conduct research and create trend guides or mood boards to support projects and concepts

·       Perform project updates, revisions, and maintenance as needed

·       Communicate with teams to ensure efficient and accurate implementation of your designs


About you:

·       A strong portfolio showcasing extensive understanding of design principles and advanced graphic design skills. 

·       Strong understanding of Figma and related workflows, importing and exporting

·       Expert skills in Adobe illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent digital design tool

·       Minimum two years work experience as graphic designer or UI/ Icon artist

·       Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

·       File organization and time management skills

·       Awareness of ongoing trends in design and visual culture

·       Must submit a resume and must include a link to your portfolio with samples of your work demonstrating the above requirements

·       Excellent communication skills, written and verbal; ability to communicate in a professional and positive manner

·       You are personally experienced in web development, capable of crafting sites that are both visually appealing and functionally effective.

·       You understand the importance of brand consistency across all media and digital platforms.

·       Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and part of the team

·       Your finger is on the pulse of culture, music and trends

·       You embrace change and are ready to take on new challenges as they come. Are well tuned to the landscape of popular influencers, brands, and general viral culture.


We’d love it if you also had:

·       Experience in designing for various digital formats and platforms, including social media, web, and mobile.

·       Understanding of the landscape and new developments in new media, tech, and entertainment industry
