We are seeking General Dentists to join our team of community driven Providers, who are passionate about making a difference in our communities, one smile at a time 

Our goal is to provide high-quality primary medical, dental, and behavioral healthcare to all individuals in our community that seek it no matter what We are a not-for-profit federally qualified health center (FQHC) serving community members in 15 counties.

We strive daily to improve and strengthen the lives of our community members by leveraging a patient-centered approach, through cross-functional teamwork and collaboration in the pursuit of excellence. Job Duties:

  • Examine, diagnose, prescribe, and carry out services and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with general dentists on referral cases, as well as all other clinical and non-clinical personnel as necessary.
  • Uphold the policy, protocol, and procedures which follow the most current accepted professional standards.
  • Improving clinical skills and acumen through participation in continuing education and training opportunities (continuing education support is available).
  • Participate in various community outreach initiatives as necessary.

Required Experience:

  • DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
  • Current, valid license to practice dentistry in state where providing care (License must be in good standing) or eligible for licensure.
  • Other certifications as required by state to include- CPR, DEA, etc.
