Summary

This position is established to provide leadership and direction for a crew of typically 5 to 11 trade and craft employees ranging in experience and expertise from entry level trainee to fully competent skilled journeymen in the operation and maintenance functions of high-voltage substations, transmission lines, associated facilities and equipment.

**This is not a remote position. The selectee will be required to be physically present at one of the duty location(s) identified.**

Duties

As a High Voltage Electrician Leader (Foreman II Lineman), some of your duties will include:

Collaborate with supervisors, develop weekly, monthly, and annual work schedules. Develop regular work plans. Develop plans for emergency actions designed to minimize power outages due to equipment failures or scheduled maintenance work. Identify and maintain inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment spare parts. Participate in the development of annual cost and budget forecasts by identifying needs for major repairs, additions, replacements, and/or upgrades of equipment, materials, personnel, training, and other operation and maintenance needs used to perform maintenance, provide this information to supervisors, and use this information in the planning and scheduling of work. Ability to read, draft, create documents on Excel, Microsoft Word, Adobe, SharePoint, and emails.
