Durant ta formation (parce que
oui, tu es là pour apprendre) tu auras l'opportunité d'effectuer les missions
suivantes :

Assurer l'accueil téléphonique des prospects et clients et répond à leurs demandes d'information.

• Diffuser toutes les informations nécessaires aux clients et orienter leurs demandes vers les interlocuteurs adéquats si nécessaire.

• Enregistrer les réclamations et s'assure du bon suivi des réponses apportées par le gestionnaire du contrat en relation avec l'attaché commercial.

• Accompagner les forces de vente dans leurs activités commerciales mais aussi sur la dimension reporting/pilotage de l'activité commerciale.

• Assister les attachés commerciaux dans la rédaction des appels d'offres, devis et contrats

Profil :
Tu prépares actuellement une formation de type Bac +3 dans
le domaine du commerce.
Tu es à l'aise sur les outils informatique.
