Employment Type:Part timeShift:Day ShiftDescription:Reporting to the Manager of the GI Lab and under the supervision of a registered nurse and according to established policies and procedures assists with endoscopy and outpatient/inpatient procedures as a tech of the endoscopy/procedural team. Prepares instruments and supplies and maintains a clean and safe working environment. While actual duties and responsibilities may vary, the following are expectations of the work being performed.

Completion of a High School Diploma or its equivalent.

The level of knowledge normally acquired to be a Certified Nursing Assistant or the level of knowledge normally acquired to be a Certified Medical Assistant.

One (1) to two (2) years of experience as a CNA or a CMA with knowledge of aseptic technique.

Successful completion of CPR with current certification
  • Loyola University Medical Center is located approximately 30 minutes from Downtown Chicago
  • Part-Time- 8 hours per week
