Experience:

24 months of role experience is required.

12 months of Home Health experience is required.

12 months of travel experience is required.

3 months of experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license prior to placement start.

This role will require floating to multiple units

Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

Additional Details:

Need 1 manager or director reference. Must have academic medical center experience or experience in a 500+ bed facility.

Must be fully vaccinated (exemptions are review on a very limited basis).

Provide physical therapy services to patients in their place of residence who have physical impairments, functional limitations or disabilities resulting from injury, disease, or other causes.

Patients may range in age from birth to over 100 years.

Area of coverage is so vast for Mass General Brigham Home Care South. These teams are out of the Braintree and Newton Office.
