Groundsman

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail when operating and maintaining equipment, as well as the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment.

• Perform pressure washing of various surfaces including sidewalks, buildings, and equipment
• Maintain and troubleshoot pressure washing equipment to ensure proper function
• Assist with general grounds maintenance tasks such as trimming, blowing, and landscaping
• Operate other equipment such as disks, blowers, and handheld tools as needed
• Follow safety protocols and regulations while on the job site
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard

• Previous experience with pressure washing equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain equipment in good working order
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
• Knowledge of safety practices and regulations related to equipment operation
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
