Instead, we believe that using experience and data will allow our algorithms to be more intelligent, capable of easily adapting to new environments.

Our goal is to be the first to deploy autonomous vehicles in 100 cities across the world, bringing autonomy to everyone, everywhere.

Where you will have an impact

We're looking for experienced and motivated individuals to join our journey in developing next-generation autonomous vehicles.

As an Office Manager/Receptionist, you will have the general tasks below:

  • Daily opening and closing of the office to ensure security and efficient use of resources
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office, directing them to the appropriate person or office.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (e.g., ensure visitors complete and sign the NDA, issue visitor badges, prevent nonauthorized people from entering the office, etc).
  • Event planning: Create proposals and submit budget requests, organize company events or meetings with outside vendors or locations. These events will include office socials, DEI events, and team offsites
  • Handle daily mail and package deliveries, including sending and receiving mail as well as managing courier services, in partnership with the Supply Chain team
  • Ensure the office is well-equipped and organized in all aspects, including the canteen area(s), general office supplies, restrooms, and more.
  • Manage budgeting and bookkeeping procedures for the office, including biannual line item submissions to Finance Team
  • Update company policies and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and maintain office files.
  • Provide general support to visitors and resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.

Challenges you will own

Additionally, larger-scale project opportunities may include:

  • Coordinating large-scale office move, including people, furniture, vehicles, and R&D resources
  • Assisting with the setup of a new, larger office space, including coordinating furniture and supply deliveries
  • Work with US Fleet Operations Lead to overhaul Health & Safety policies and procedures, or create where needed. This project could also include researching, vetting, and communicating with H&S auditors to review our office, workshop, and documentation
  • Corporate canteen management - Researching food, beverage, and coffee services, then being the main point of contact for those vendors
