Description:

Manages all provider accuracy audit scores data by overall specialty line. Manages HCC coding capture data for Primary Care . Coordinates all coding education opportunities for all practices and on-boarding providers. Coordinates all requested entity meetings, provider quarterly audit educations, orientations, internal coder team meetings, etc. Oversees weekly auditors and coders job functions, productivity and volume determination. Determines weekly audit samples for all medical records audits. Creates educator's weekly audit schedule/spreadsheet and volume data. Coordinates all coding staff equipment, applications and resource needs. Assembles and maintains all coding education materials for coding education sessions. Proctor for coding assessment test for coder candidates. QA process for the vendors workflow and services. Oversees Provider CME's submissions for education attendance, CME certifications and signature log. Administrator for Intelicode auditing application tool. Maintenance of coder's license/access to application and development of new provider's profile for audit purposes. Maintains all Coding department share drives for accuracy, data retrieval, compliance and security (privacy and access). Oversees Payer Audit request process from Revenue Management.
Estimated pay range for this position is $ $23.87 / hour depending on experience.Qualifications:

Degrees: High School Diploma, Certificate of Attendance, Certificate of Completion, GED or equivalent training or experience required. Additional Qualifications: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Knowledge of coding guidelines in collaboration with federal and national regulations (CMS, AHIMA, NCCI etc.). Attention to detail and completeness with a thorough understanding of government coding rules. Ability to identify/trend/summarize potential compliance, coding, billing concerns and bring forth a potential resolution. Competency in computer applications. Ability to function independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment required. Ability to communicate effectively with physicians and co-workers. Knowledge of Microsoft applications Minimum Required Experience: 2 years
