Position: Women's Porter
Reports to: Director of Stadium Operations

The Women's Porter position is a part-time/seasonal game-day position with the Hudson Valley Renegades, High-A affiliate of the New York Yankees. The Porter position is responsible for the cleaning, restocking, and upkeep of the Heritage Financial Park women's and gender-neutral bathrooms on gamedays and non-gameday events, such as concerts, festivals, camps, etc.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and detailing all women's and gender-neutral bathrooms, as well as suites and group areas around the stadium using various cleaning methods.
  • Maintain organized storage areas and stock supplies throughout the building.
  • Respond and resolve cleaning and setup issues promptly as directed by fellow staff and management.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Ability to perform general labor including lifting heavy objects (up to 30lbs), bending, and walking and standing for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions, including but not limited to extreme hot, cold, and rain.
  • Must be self-motivated and have excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in all situations.
  • Must be flexible with working nights, weekends, and holidays including in an outdoor stadium environment from April to September.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from the stadium.
  • Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication, and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team-oriented setting.
