Seeking a Clinic Scheduler who will perform telephonic duties to ensure the timely scheduling and confirmation of appointments for patients. This will be in a cubicle/call center style environment.
• Responsible for confirming eligibility of patient while scheduling appointments using EMR based on-line tools.
• Maintains strict patient confidentiality adhering to all HIPPA compliance regulations.
• Answer and direct phone calls appropriately.
• Pre-collection of valid information; insurance information, patient demographics, etc.
• Communicates clearly and effectively with patients, referral sources, etc. while providing excellent customer service.
Pay: $18.50/hr+
Shift: M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
