Internal Medicine Full-Time position in La Grande, Oregon

Schedule:
- The work schedule entails a four-day work week with each day consisting of 10 hours
- The physician can anticipate a reasonable caseload of 14-16 patients per day, covering a comprehensive range of cases
- Light call
- Base $300,000 along with bonuses
- No weekends
Practice Setting:
- The incoming physician will be joining a cohesive team consisting of 6 full-time physicians, four nurse practitioners, seven primary care nurses, eleven behavioral health providers, seven licensed clinical social workers, medical scribes, a scheduling coordinator, a referral coordinator, a pharmacist, four case managers, community health workers, one clinical manager, and an assistant manager.
- The physician will share coverage responsibilities with two other rural clinics
- The facilities boast a total of 33 exam rooms, along with two dedicated rooms for each provider
