We are looking for craftsman to join our team. We will train the right person with little or no skills. The main thing we look for is good communication, honesty and just overall creative nice people. The right person will be in peoples homes and personal spaces working day to day.

Fresh paint is an established company that started in 1998. We work on very detailed interiors and exteriors. Mainly older homes and new restaurants. We work close in the Portland area. The work is required to be as close to perfect as possible. We never cut any corners with anything produce. We stay busy year round. I have seven people who have worked with me for over ten years. We have had no turn over of employees.

We are looking for four people to hire. From unskilled to mater painters the pay is based on talent and experience. I look forward to hear from you.

Requirements/Must Have:

  • Valid Driver's license/insurance/vehicle(to get to work everyday not shared).
  • Smart phone w/data.

Experience in the following is preferred:

  • Customer service skills.
  • Interior, exterior, residential, and higher end commercial painting.
  • Spray, Brush and roll application.
  • Priming, Sanding, caulking and epoxy.
  • Taping/Hand masker experience.
  • Clean practices, including lead safe containment.
We train everyone for lead containment.

  • Eagerness to assist the lead foreman.
  • Considerate/Gentle pressure washing.
  • Deck stripping and deck staining.
  • Must be able to work off all ladder heights up to 40ft or more.
  • Carry 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to read.
