The Coastal Training Specialist works with the Apalachicola National Estuarine Research Reserve Coastal Training section to produce and offer relevant information to area communities and decision-makers to increase stewardship and preservation of resources in the Apalachicola Bay watershed.
Duties include creating and implementing field classes, outreach campaigns, producing a monthly webinar series, social media posts, etc.The Coastal Training Program of the provides coastal communities with the skills, tools, and resources they need to take actions that promote healthy ecosystems, resilient communities, and vibrant economies.
