- Extremely flexible schedule options include a 3 or 4-day work week

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary guarantee of $300,000 with the ability to move to production after year 1
- Shareholder status offered after year 1, resulting in lucrative annual incentive bonus
- Full benefits package offered, including $45K Sign-On Bonus, education allowance, relocation allowance, insurance, 401k, retirement, and more
