Join our team at Apogee Enterprises Inc. as a skilled COUPA System Administrator responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the COUPA user-experience (UX) across the organization and its subsidiaries. As the expert in COUPA systems, you will collaborate with the IT department to troubleshoot integration issues, oversee system configuration, manage version releases, and ensure efficient COUPA Supplier Portal functionality. Your role will involve providing training to users and suppliers, monitoring tool adoption metrics, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of COUPA System & Related Technology, including configuration, testing, and user-training for new features.
  • Collaborate with Supplier Enablement teams and IT to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
  • Lead training initiatives and support employee and vendor on-boarding processes.
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities in procurement, sourcing, and contract processes.
  • Work closely with key departments for enhanced collaboration and trust relationships.
  • Participate in internal audits and support broader audit efforts within the organization.
  • Manage quarterly access reviews and SOX audits to ensure proper user roles.
  • Achieve performance expectations in quantity, quality, and culture.

Requirements:

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, or Business-related field.
  • Preferably hold COUPA Certification.
  • Certifications from relevant accrediting bodies will also be considered.
Experience:
  • Minimum of five years experience in purchasing, sourcing, or related fields.
  • At least three years of experience with enterprise P2P tools configuration and implementation.
  • Demonstrated experience in solution design, user acceptance testing, and training.
