Job Title: Plate Maker Assistant (Seasonal until end of June)

Location: 2525 Midpoint Dr, Edwardsville, KS 66111

Hours:

  • 1ST 6AM-2PM, M-F $17.55 per hour
  • 2ND 2PM-10PM, M-F $ Shift Differential
  • 3RD 10PM-6AM, M-F $ Shift Differential

YOUR OPPORTUNITY:

Herff Jones, A Varsity Achievement Brand, is looking to hire an Seasonal Plate Assistant. As a member of the Herff Jones Kansas City Yearbook team, the Plate Maker Assistant you will be responsible for assisting the Plate Maker in making plates for printing presses.

WHAT YOU'LL DO ON A DAILY BASIS:

  • Bending plates
  • Organizing plates
  • Transporting plates

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two step instructions.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
