Requirements:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Boots on the ground in the courtroom representing Larsen Law's clients and providing exceptional client service.
  • Execute case strategy with senior attorney, senior paralegal, clients, and support staff.
  • Keep clients informed by maintaining regular contact and communicating case progress and strategy.
  • Comply with all legal standards and regulations.
  • Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.

Qualifications:

  • Have an active Oregon State Bar membership.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience handling matters involving asset division, custody, spousal and child support, with adequate trial and mediation experience, or have meaningful litigation experience.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Detail oriented.
  • The ability to prioritize client service.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of all employee and company information.
  • Must have the ability to handle a heavy caseload and provide support to other attorneys.
  • Must be dependable.
