SummaryYou will serve as a Realty Specialist in the Asset Management Division of NAVFAC SOUTHWEST.
Duties
- You will plan for acquisition by conducting reconnaissance for site selection, developing general requirements, and coordinating/controlling administrative actions preliminary to actual acquisition of the real property interest.
- You will prepare plans for disposal of excess land, improvements, and leasehold interests.
- You will review and evaluate the utilization of lands and buildings by developing advertising, maintenance and insurance requirements where out-leasing or licensing promotes efficient management of real property.
