Our Rooftop & Components (RC) unit specializes in developing and manufacturing cutting-edge roof systems for various vehicles, including those designed for autonomous driving. We embrace the latest technologies and materials to bring innovation to the automotive industry. If you are a tech-savvy individual driven by a passion for product development, your expertise can play a pivotal role in our ongoing success.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Quality management is desirable
  • Demonstrated expertise in Training and Development
  • Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, keen attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit are crucial
  • Familiarity with essential Production Processes and Technologies
  • Understanding of Quality standards and customer-specific requirements
  • Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office, SAP, and other relevant software applications in a production setting

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging training sessions for team members across all levels, including onboarding new employees and upskilling existing staff through various interactive methods such as presentations and workshops
  • Design and implement training initiatives aimed at enhancing process efficiency in alignment with company standards and industry best practices
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and automotive industry regulations like IATF16949
  • Provide support in technical and administrative aspects on a daily basis
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain Management, third-party organizations, production teams, and other stakeholders
  • Generate standard performance reports for suppliers
  • Assist in resolving supplier claims effectively
  • Coordinate and conduct internal sorting activities for components, sub-assemblies, and finished goods
