Job Description:

As a Dishwasher at Hotel Indigo Tuscaloosa Downtown, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and efficiency of our restaurant kitchen. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, contributing to the overall dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Operate industrial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils
• Hand wash items that cannot be cleaned in the dishwasher
• Empty and clean trash receptacles
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
• Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:
