Senior Project Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • PE Registration in California, or the ability to obtain CA registration within 1 year, if relocating from another state with a PE.
  • 10+ years of experience in the civil engineering field.

Job Description:

  • Fundamental experience as a project engineer, responsible for producing final design products and conducting study analyses for water resource projects.
  • Effective communication skills with both staff and internal/external clients.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and budget management skills.
  • Proven track record of project successes, evidenced by repeat business from one or more clients
  • Client relationships are advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Consideration will be given to candidates outside our area willing to relocate.

Desired, but not mandatory, additional capabilities include expertise in:

  • Potable water treatment, infrastructure design, and master planning.
  • Wastewater collection design and master planning.
  • Stormwater system design and master planning.
  • Flood control, dam/reservoir, irrigation facility studies, and designs.
