Essential Job Functions:Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels, internal and external to the organization;Answering phones, prepare correspondence and documents;Following approved Standard Operating Procedures and ensuring internal controls are strictly complied with;Accurate data entry, reporting and update / create spreadsheets;Other projects and duties as assigned;Daily filing and administrative duties;Assisting the supervisor and superintendents with all their paper work and reports they ask forFiling and organizing all paper work for Supervisors and EmployeesWorking with Kronos, Excel, WordDoing weekly and daily reports for Management and HR in a timely mannerAnswering emails and questions form departments such as Shipping, HR, Nursing, and Payroll
Experience Required:
  • Previous clerical experience
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

    Skills/Abilities Required:
    • Must have strong computer skills: Word, Excel, Email, Etc.
    • Good oral and written communication Skills Must be able to read, write, speak English, bilingual would be a plus.
    • Good attention to detail.
    • Food Safety experience would be a plus.
    • Must be capable of working independently.
    • Must be able to work weekends if needed.
