Currently, we are looking for a dedicated Phlebotomist to join our team at either a Patient Service Center or Client office. As a Phlebotomist, you will not only perform skilled specimen collections but also deliver exceptional customer service, becoming the face of our company. Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am-4:30pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform blood collections using venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
  • Collect specimens for various tests such as drug screens and paternity tests
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry of patient information
  • Process billing information and handle payments when necessary
  • Prepare specimens for testing and analysis
  • Maintain patient and specimen logs
  • Deliver top-notch customer service to all patients
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • Be willing to travel to different sites as required

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferably certified in Phlebotomy from an accredited agency
  • Prior experience as a phlebotomist
  • Demonstrated history of providing excellent customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well independently or in a team setting
  • Comfortable with minimal supervision
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation as needed
  • Flexibility to work overtime if necessary
  • Passing grade on a standardized color blindness test
