Job DescriptionAbout the Position
We have an excellent opportunity available for a recently graduated or bachelor/master student interested in making a difference at Kraft Heinz as Operations Intern. This role will be based in Plasmon Factory in Latina (LT). You'll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level.
Depending on your profile, your experience and interests you will be supporting one of the following teams: Production and Continuous Improvement, Maintenance. During the internship you will be enrolled in both strategic and tactical projects, besides being involved in daily operational activities.
The Production & CI Intern will be involved in:
- projects to improve production and packaging lines through analysis of lines performance;
- analysis of industrial production processes and cycles based on Lean Methodology;
- continuous improvement projects.
The Maintenance Intern will be involved in:
- Maintenance KPIs Analysis: MTBF, MTTR, OEE, UL;
- Analysis of malfunctions/micro-stops of lines and scheduling preventive specialized maintenance;
- CI on Preventive Measures: match between available resources and improvement projects.
Qualifications
Hard Skills
- EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included)
- Education: graduated or graduating with full marks from University in Engineering Studies (management and mechanical are preferred).
- IT Knowledge: strong MS Office skills (great command of Excel), good knowledge of other analytic tools, basic knowledge of programming is a plus and always curious to learn more IT tools;
- Language Knowledge: fluent in English and Italian
