Role Purpose:

The Senior Manager, Capital Projects will lead the day to day execution of programs, projects and/or services to develop and implement new and existing projects in the MAB manufacturing facilities. The role will manage all aspects of projects for safe design, construction, and commissioning. All efforts will align with strategic initiatives and standards and maintain compliance with all code requirements and rules.

Accountabilities & Impact:
  • Develop feasibility studies along with project budgets and execution plans
  • Review or prepare equipment specifications and construction bid packages
  • Manage projects to control schedule and costs
  • Coordinate project activities with the operating brewery teams at MAB manufacturing sites
  • Prepare periodic project reports and activity summaries for the projects under your control
  • Regularly review the work of consultants and contractors providing deliverables to MAB projects and lead them to successful project completion.
Skills & Experiences Needed:
  • Bachelor's Degree, Engineering - ME, CHE, or EE
  • 8 or more years of experience, Food/Beverage, Chemical, or Pharmaceutical industries
  • Understand engineering, procurement, construction, startup and close out on major projects in an operating plant
  • Visioning for project execution from concept to completion
