We are actively seeking a qualified and motivated (Computed Tomography) CT Tech to join a dynamic team at a well-respected
world-class health care system in New Jersey / New York.

As a CT Tech, you will be an integral part of our rapidly growing interventional department, working in a cutting-edge environment that prioritizes excellence and innovation in neurovascular care. The ideal candidate would be adaptable and attentive to detail as this is crucial for success in this role.

The CT Technologist prepares for and operates a CT Scanner following specific physician orders. Produces detailed computer-generated scans of patients for diagnostic and interventional information. Assists patients onto scanner, verifies patient identification prior to scan, selects patient from worklist, ensures exam is archived on the PACS and completed properly in the RIS. Maintains facilities in proper order.

The health system currently has several shifts open for Evenings and Nights.
  • Must have completed an accredited Radiology Technology program and registered with the ARRT.
  • Must have a current and valid CT Tech / ARRT license from the State of NJ DEP.
  • Must have a current CPR certification thru the American Heart Association. BLS certification required.
  • Must have at least (1) One year of practical experience preferred as a staff radiologic technologist. CT experience preferred. Must obtain advanced CT registry within one (1) year of employment.
  • Must be able to function independently and competently in stressful situations.
