Duties
  • You will serve as the On-Site Representative (OSR)/primary liaison between the Supervisor of Shipbuilding Groton, Director NAVSUP Fleet Logistic Center Norfolk Groton Detachment and Electric Boat personnel.
  • You will serve as the supply support liaison for all outfitting related activities.
  • You will provide Outfitting, Fitting Out and supply support training to the Supply Officer and supply department personnel upon initial arrival to include Supply Officer required roles and required support key construction milestones.
  • You will support the Crew Supply Officer and Stores Division personnel during key supply department events, including Material load out evolutions (Fitting Out Phase) in accordance with the COLUMBIA Class Outfitting Management Plan (OMP).
  • You will act as the primary POC for COLUMBIA Class submarine supply support material issues from ship delivery until the Obligating Work Limiting Date (OWLD).
  • You will lead/participate in various working groups and meetings.
