Field Sales Representative

Job Brief:
We're seeking a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills. Your role will involve actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects. You'll provide complete and appropriate solutions to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related fields (preferred).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Selling Products and Services:
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers across Puerto Rico and Caribbean Islands.
- Perform cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers.
- Building Relationships:
- Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Customer Satisfaction:
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Collaboration:
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and provide reports on customer needs and interests.
- Continuous Learning:
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
