Electrophysiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

In This Role, You Will:
- Join a multidisciplinary team of Cardiologists (4 Electrophysiologists)and 18 Advanced Practice Providers (2 EP dedicated)
- The PA or NPprovides and coordinates care for adults with cardiac diseases throughout the course of evaluation and treatment.
- Provides and manages care to adult patients for a wide range of services in EP including rhythm ablations, devices and Watchman
- Provides and coordinates continuity of care of pre and post procedure clinic follow up. This includes follow-up, providing information to referring physicians and institutions, and patient /family education.
- Performs cardioversion, loop recorder, and tilt table procedures
- Performs inpatient consults, pre and post procedure care, and clinic follow up visits.
- This individual must show commitment to exemplary patient care.
- Manages patient care through appropriate use of available resources.
- Demonstrates ability to provide care or service adjusting approaches to reflect developmental level of population served.
- Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)
- 1.0 FTE Opening
- Position is hybrid of inpatient and clinic
- M-F, daytime hours, no call, no weekends
- Possible travel to outreach clinic sites
